How to Access These Support Services
First, launch your InTime product and then on the main display menu bar, click on Help and then click on About. Your customer name and product serial number will be displayed in the box. Record this information as well as which InTime product you are using.
Call our Technical Support department and ask for Customers Only access. After we validate your information, you will receive your access code.
Click on the appropriate selection below and enter your access code when prompted. If you forget your access code, then just call our Technical Support department to retrieve it.
