2. Can the system meet our scheduling needs?
Do you share some or all of the scheduling problems common in police, sheriff, corrections and specialized security environments? If you do, then we can definitely meet your needs.

3. Is this an ASP/hosted solution? Or do I run the system on my own servers?
The InTime ISE® system is architected to be used in an ASP fully hosted environment. InTime provides our hosting service ISE®LINK. We also offer managed server services as well as supporting traditional software installations. The same features and capabilities are available, regardless of how you choose to deploy it. For more information, please contact us.

4. What return will I get by deploying your solution and how much does the software cost?
Because of our solution's power, flexibility, and ease of use, we will automate your scheduling operations better than any other scheduling or timekeeping system on the market. Historically our customers get a significant ROI with the InTime ISE® application and you will too. Pricing for the software and related services depends on your organization's size and operational model. To get a price quote, please contact us.

5. Will the software help me comply with labor regulations such as the FLSA?
Yes, the software has specific features to help you comply with the Fair Labor Standards Act, with emphasis on usage in states and local governments. Support for the FLSA Section 207(k) exemption as used in police, sheriff, and fire agencies is provided.

6. Can the software support languages other than English?
Yes, the software is capable of full internationalization, based on the date formats, currency formats, and languages provided in the Java Virtual Machine operating environment. For more information, please contact us.

7. Our organization is planning on sending out an RFP or RFI. Where should we send this?
See our contact page for details on where to send it.

8. We are a big organization, how well can you service us?
We can service you very well. We have been supporting our large, county level customers for many years and they consistently rate us with the very best in terms of quality and timeliness of service. See our Clients page for a sample of that feedback.
