technology & integration

InTime’s ISE® is an off-the-shelf, 3-tier enterprise personnel management application. The multi-tier architecture ensures scalability, security, extensibility and portability across different hardware and software platforms. IT departments can expect to lower their life cycle investment cost while gaining excellent user satisfaction.  With a fully scalable J2EE middle tier and portable persistence, ISE® will not introduce incompatible technologies that can become difficult and expensive to maintain.

Centralized Administration

ISE® is packaged with Java Web Start, which enables centralized administration of all local and remote user computing. Web Start means no local computer installation or maintenance of any kind since all Java environmental set up is handled through web server HTTP communication.

Security

All communication between ISE® clients and the ISE® middle tier is in SSL, with a minimum of 128-bit encryption. Each ISE® customer network installation receives a root authority generated certificate which is fully integrated into the installation package.

Interoperability & Integration

Once fully live, ISE® becomes the organization’s personnel operations management hub. As such, ISE® is designed to be interoperable via CSV batch file exchange for legacy systems, and via web services for real-time secure and authenticated information sharing with SOAP XML and WDSL API. Examples include hand and telephony punch timekeeping, HRMS employee maintenance, and payroll exporting.  Because ISE® is designed to seamlessly integrate with enterprise suites from Oracle, SAP, Microsoft and others, you can choose best of breed solutions based on what suits your organizational needs.
