Schedulers can automate alerts that scale from a team callout to a wide-scale emergency broadcast, and significantly reduce the time it takes to find leave replacements using phone (True SMS/text messaging) and email delivery systems.

ISE^® Notification applications are available in two major groups: schedule-driven and callout alerts. Schedule-driven applications automatically link ISE^® work assignment data as part of the notification. These applications include locating and filling schedule openings, notification of assignment changes, and site safety checks. Callout alerts are generally for transmission of important messages such as emergency broadcasts, but can also be used for less critical events such as cancellation of scheduled court appearances.
