The Asset Tracking & Scheduling module (ATS) provides for the linking of various items of equipment (Assets) to an employee on a permanent or temporary basis. This is a complete asset management solution, allowing supervisors to track asset/equipment details such as manufacturer, vendor, asset ID, product and warranty expiration dates, maintenance and down time details. The complete life cycle of any asset can be tracked and maintained permanently within ISE®.
All Assets can then be assigned to your personnel for any time period. Equipment such as vehicles, radios, laptops, rifles, shotguns and Tasers may be assigned temporarily to an employee for the duration of a shift. ISE® easily tracks these temporary asset assignments and can even display them on the Daily Roster allowing for improved accountability.
All permanently assigned assets such as weapons, badges, flashlights, uniforms, etc. can also be tracked by individual employees over the course of their career. With our extensive reporting capability built-in, quick and easy asset management can now be a reality.
