1. Can the system interface to my HR or payroll system?
We can provide a variety of standard interfaces to/from HR, payroll, financial, CAD/RMS, and project control systems such as SAP, ADP PC Payroll, JD Edwards, and Lawson. Interfaces to other systems including ones developed by your IT department can also be provided as needed. Our ISE product is fully web services compliant and can interchange data with virtually any system.
2. What kind of security does the system have?
Our product utilizes a secure ID/password scheme to protect information in our application from unauthorized access. User authentication with your existing Active Directory or other LDAP compliant systems is available as a standard feature. All data exchanged between your employees and our self-service application is encrypted with 128-bit SSL.
3. What kind of support options are offered?
We offer both standard business hours support and 24/7 coverage. The support agreement provides you with the following:
- Access to our staff via telephone or e-mail to ask questions about the software.
- Problem reporting via telephone, e-mail, or our support site.
- Through a secure Internet connection to your servers, our Application Support Specialists will diagnose problems you report.
- Software updates to correct application problems.
- Guaranteed response times based on your requirements.

4. Is your system scalable? How many employees can it handle?
The software is specifically designed to be scalable and support large employee populations. The solution is a multi-tiered, Internet-based scheduling system designed for larger organizations. The system is designed to handle upwards of 50,000 employees and beyond.
5. Can I upgrade my InTime desktop product to the new ISE system?
Yes, and we can handle converting your InTime database as well. If you choose to stay with your Officer Scheduling or SpeedShift® product, you will be glad to know that InTime will be able to support you for many years to come.
