1. Can my employees punch in/out and have the computer record the correct time?
Yes. Employees can report time through telephone IVR, biometric scanners, and punch readers among others.

2. Does your system have time keeping capability?
Yes, our customers can generate a payroll directly from the schedule.

3. Will the system track time off?
Yes, you can create an unlimited number of leave types and codes and track in the schedule.

4. Does the product have any features specific to law enforcement agencies?
Yes, we provide a unit based scheduling model with detailed coverage and call for service tracking used in police and sheriff agencies. The daily schedule rosters can then be used as input to the city payroll system. Our integrated notifications module can make emergency broadcasts and alerts as well as perform email messaging. We have a court schedule access module that queries officer schedule availability, adds and removes court assignments, and can be fully integrated with justice information and automated subpoena systems.

5. Does the product have any features specific to correctional facilities?
Yes, we provide a post based model with the ability to quickly deploy personnel before and during a shift while respecting that qualification requirements can vary by post. Our integrated notifications module can automatically follow your call in list rules to fill open posts. For several years we have successfully implemented and supported a county wide sheriff's system. The solution combines scheduling for multiple jail facilities with city agencies in a centralized model.

6. Does the product have any features specific to county probation departments?
Yes, we have the ability to automatically fill openings with part-time officers while respecting minimum personnel, gender, skill and other requirements.

7. Does the product have any features specific to specialized security?
Specialized security to us means highly trained and professional personnel providing security services for sensitive facilities. Our product is very effective at creating the facility zone and post configurations with associated specific training levels and then checking that those requirements are met whenever assignments are made. Our resource profile manager determines who the most qualified employees available to work at any given time and place are, and guides the scheduler into making the best decisions.

8. Does the InTime system support the unique needs of cities, counties, and state agencies?
Yes, InTime has been working closely with public service agencies at various governmental levels for many years, and we have achieved a good understanding of how you do your business. We have built that knowledge into our ISE product with the associated support and professional services.
