Sample Implementation Specialist Requirements

Expected Contributions:

• telephone support for our Windows based software applications
• testing of software updates and new releases and documentation
• training at customer sites in the USA and Canada
• assisting users with implementation planning and data setup
• ability to carry pager 24/7 periodically

We are searching for someone with above average attributes in the following areas:

• technical problem solving
• orientation to detail
• communications (written and verbal) and interpersonal relationships
• time management

Preference will be given to candidates with some or all of the following skills or experience:

• 2+ years experience in a technical support role
• advanced knowledge of Windows 2000 and XP
• SQL 2000 & 2005
• experience supporting applications using a relational database
• training experience
• experience with 3 tier web based application
