Sample Developer Requirements
We are looking for a Java developer to join our development team. We expect to immerse you in a range of Java-oriented technologies and agile development methodologies to build your product development skills to the next level and beyond. We consider qualifications from recent graduate to senior level.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong Java competency and experience with OO design
- Experience building UIs with Swing
- SQL and Relational DB design
- Understanding of J2EE, knowledge of distributed component frameworks
- Ant, Eclipse, Subversion, JUnit
Desirable Skills and Abilities:
- EJB, Servlets, Web Services, JSP, JUnit
- OR mapping with one or more of Hibernate, Toplink, VBSF
- Experience working with agile methods
