Sample Implementation Specialist Requirements
Expected Contributions:
- telephone support for our Windows based software applications
- testing of software updates and new releases and documentation
- training at customer sites in the USA and Canada
- assisting users with implementation planning and data setup
- ability to carry pager 24/7 periodically
We are searching for someone with above average attributes in the following areas:
- technical problem solving
- orientation to detail
- communications (written and verbal) and interpersonal relationships
- time management
Preference will be given to candidates with some or all of the following skills or experience:
- 2+ years experience in a technical support role
- advanced knowledge of Windows 2000 and XP
- SQL 2000 & 2005
- experience supporting applications using a relational database
- training experience
- experience with 3 tier web based application
